How long are sessions?
All sessions are 45 minutes.
Is what I share confidential?
The session content and all materials relevant to your treatment are generally confidential and will not be released to any third party without your written authorization, except where required or permitted by law. Exceptions to confidentiality, include, but are not limited to, reporting child, elder and dependent adult abuse, when disclosure is required pursuant to a legal procedure, when a patient makes a serious threat of violence towards a reasonably identifiable victim, or when a patient is dangerous to them/him/herself or the person or property of another. When working with couples, any separate communication from either party is not considered confidential from the other party.
What is the cost of the sessions?
My usual and customary fee is $200.00/45-minute session. The ultimate total fee for treatment services will be the number of sessions multiplied by the ongoing session fee. The number of total sessions in the treatment is unknown at the outset and is based upon patient’s needs, preferences, and the progress made in treatment.
Do you accept insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurane companies. With PPO insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. Check with your insurance plan to see if you may be reimbursed in full or in part. I can provide you with a monthly superbill to give to your insurer.
Do you charge for missed sessions?
Yes, please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the charge.
What is the best way to contact you?
